Pit Grilled Tri Tip

Our lean trimmed tri-tip is pit grilled over an open flame fueled by red oak to give it that nice smokey finish that will linger on your tastebuds. We believe in keeping it simple, so we season our tri-tip with the trifecta of SPG; kosher salt, 16 mesh black pepper and garlic powder. It's all about the natural flavor at Big Brian's Meats, so we let our meat do the talking!

St. Louis Style Ribs

Our meaty St. Louis style pork rib racks are seasoned with an apple honey dry rub and smoked to perfection for 4- 6 hours. Finished off with competition BBQ sauce for that fall off the bone effect that only Big Brian can deliver. Make sure to load up on the wet naps for these bad boys!

"El Jefe" Smoked Brisket Torta

One of our newest and most popular items, this family recipe calls for
16 hour smoked, chopped brisket and our homemade ensalada de chile on a toasted bolillo roll. Make no mistake about it, this sandwich is truly a BOSS!

Nachos Suprema

Smoked pulled pork braised in chili verde sauce, served over tortilla chips and topped with charro beans, fresh avocado crema and sprinkled with cotija cheese. Served with fresh homemade salsa on the side. This dish is big enough to feed two individuals or one bad muchacho!

The "Stramiritto" wrap

A popular menu item amongst our customers and at our events, our 10 day brined chopped pastrami is smoked for 16 hours, grilled with melted monterey jack cheese topped with fresh arugula and garlic aioli sauce, wrapped in a grilled flour tortilla.

Smoked Tri-Tip Chili
This is the flagship item that started it all. Our award-winning chili that delivers smokiness, rich flavor and chunks of delicious smoked tri-tip in every bite. Do not be fooled, this is a chili that doesn't mess around and will leave you wanting more.

Smoked Brisket

Anyone that has prepared a brisket knows that cooking up this cut of meat is truly a labor of love. Our 16 hour smoked brisket typically starts out very early in the wee hours of the morning on the smoker cooked up low and slow....like our tri-tip, we keep the seasoning simple with straight kosher salt and 16 mesh black pepper. Once its rested and sliced up, this brisket will melt like butter in your mouth.

Pit Grilled Pollo Asado

We marinate our trimmed chicken thighs for 24 hours in a sweet and savory citrus marinade, then pit grill it to perfection over a live fire fueled by red oak wood. Every bite is juicy and tender...just the way we like it!

Mediterranean Style Chicken Sausage

Fresh ground chicken thighs and chicken breasts mixed with feta cheese, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, lemon zest, herbs and spices. Perfect alone or sliced and served in a roll for a sandwich!
